Vending Information

Saturday, August 19th 2017 on the lawn at Historic Prospect Place in Trinway, Ohio

Because of the size of the event space, we have LOTS of room for vendors!!!! You do NOT have to be a metaphysical or paranormal business, we are open to anyone who would like to join us. Do you sell hand made jewelry, LuluRoe, Tupperware, are a baker or soapmaker? We’d love to have you join us!

  • $20.00 booth participation donation, 4 team members per table. 
  •  Vendors / teams must provide their own tables, chairs, displays, etc..
  •  Sale of services , craft, and tech approved
  • We would appreciate items donated for our raffle but it is not mandatory. Items can be sent before the event or donated the morning of the event. 

Vendor Setup  is from 8am – 10am

The show runs from 10am to 5pm

Vendor Tear down: 5pm to 8pm. Please do not tear down early.
